09h00 – From Valença / 09h15 – From Monção / 09h30 – From Melgaço
Arrivals (Up to 200kms) – Galiza / North & Porto > Up to 5 stops (to be defined)
Morning (+/- 80kms) – Departure to Alto-Minho and meeting with local leader. We arrive to Peneda Gerês National Park, with mandatory stop at the Sanctuary of Peneda, with time to visit and descend your +/- 300m staircase with scenes of the life of Christ. We arrive to the Dam of Lindoso, where the Laboreiro and Lima river joins and become only one main river, Lima river. We stopped by the Castle and Lindoso Espígueiros for visits. Lunch in a local restaurant, drinks included.
Afternoon (+/- 70kms) – Stop in Arcos de Valdevez centre “onde Portugal se fez” (“where Portugal was made”) and hiking of +/- 5kms by Vez river ecovia. Finally, guided tour to a Quinta de Vinho Alvarinho (included). At the end of visit, farewell to the local leader and return to origin points.
